Our products are all handmade. Most items are made to order.
This policy also stands for all retail candy. ( even exchanges or store credit only)
*Food products may not be returned.
* Orders that have been started and/or completely cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
*You may receive store credit or replacements. Refunds are an option only for orders that
have not yet shipped. *In the rare instance that we send your order incorrectly, we will incur
charges for shipping you a new order.
